As part of the opening ceremonies for the refurbished building at 67 University Road, to accommodate the Institute of Governance, Public Policy and Social Research at Queens University, and the Institute of Irish Studies, an Ulster History Circle blue plaque was unveiled to the artist Paul Henry. The building was formally opened by Lord Alderdice who also carried out the unveiling.

A short address on Paul Henry was given by Dr. Brian S. Kennedy, of the Ulster Museum. These photographs provide some views of the ceremonies.
